"The most Unexcusable unprofessional and rude staff. My wife was trying to arrange cancelation of our policy- just so she could be treated very disrespectfully. Plus while she tried to call the agents office in Illinois she was told by a lady in this office that she was instructed not to speak to my wife. Eventually after I was able to get through what seemed like their screening process- by calling from a friend's phone (as they were not answering calls from my phone), i finally talked to a lady who was helpful and polite. Overall, Not only was this whole experience disgraceful to us as paying customers, but their methods of dealing with this situation were questionable as for legality, considering they were paid for services that we were NOT able to call about and access information, but were told by their own staff they they were instructed to ignore us. This agency is punctual in taking their payments, but when they find out they are losing us as customers this is how they act. This was a very poor reflection of how a business should value customers and their reputation within the communities they are supposed to serve."

"This insurance firm has been an absolute life saver. For context, I'm 20 living on my own away from my family and so I haven't had a lot of life experience.
